The Sangiovese grapes are pressed and fermented with maceration in wooden vats at controlled to preserve alcohol and aromas. This is followed by an ageing in oak barrels which lasts 3-4 months, creating an intense ruby colour with garnet nuances. With a fruity and slightly spicy bouquet, it is dry, slightly tannic with lovely fresh flavours.
